Action Takers AI helps you turn recorded video into a month of social content. It provides AI assistance for research, ideas, scripts, thumbnails and planning, plus a workflow for human editing, your approval, and publishing to social platforms you connect.

You are the author and publisher of your content. We provide tools and editing services; we do not take ownership of what you create.

You must give accurate signup information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must have the authority to accept these terms for the business you register.

One account is for one business. Sharing an account across unrelated businesses is not permitted.

New customers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at $199.00 per month for the first three paid months.

Beginning with the fourth paid month, the price changes automatically to $499.00 per month and continues at that rate until cancelled. This change happens automatically and you do not need to do anything.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply. Billing recurs monthly on the anniversary of the date your paid subscription began.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial-month refunds except where required by law.

Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing and stops the subscription from ever starting.

If a payment fails, we will tell you in the application and retry according to our payment provider's schedule.

If payment cannot be collected after those retries, access to paid features may be suspended until the payment method is updated. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.

Each delivered video includes one customer revision. A revision request must specify the timestamp, what needs to change, and what should replace it.

Additional changes beyond the included revision may be quoted separately. Requests that amount to a new brief rather than a correction are treated as new work.

Turnaround times given in the application are estimates, not guarantees.

You keep all rights to the footage and materials you upload, and to the finished content produced from them.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, edit and transmit your material only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. Approving a video means you accept it as fit to publish.

You must have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage, images, logos and any person appearing in your video.

Do not use the service to create or publish material that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes anyone's rights.

Do not attempt to breach security, access another customer's data, reverse engineer the service, or resell it without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, or where required by law.

Connecting Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or any other platform is governed by that platform's own terms. You must comply with them.

Those platforms control their own APIs and policies. Features that depend on them can change or stop working with little notice, and that is outside our control.

We connect to platforms through their official authorisation systems. We never ask for or store your social media passwords.

Parts of this service use AI to produce research, ideas, scripts, images and suggestions. AI output can be wrong, biased or unoriginal.

You are responsible for checking AI output for accuracy, originality and suitability before you publish it.

We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, reach, virality, revenue, business growth, or any specific social media result.

Nothing in the application, on our marketing pages, or said by our team is a promise of performance. Results depend on your content, your audience, your market and platform behaviour we do not control.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures happen.

We may change, add or remove features over time. We will not remove a core feature you are paying for without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost audience, lost data or lost business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limits above apply only as far as the law permits.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a third party brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded, approved or published, or because you breached these terms or someone else's rights.

We collect the information you give us at signup, the material you upload, and technical data needed to run the service.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our own systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We use processors to deliver the service, and they are bound to protect your data.

We may update these terms. When a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when.

If you do not accept an updated version, you may cancel your subscription.
